WHEN WILL YOU FULFIL MY ITEMS?
Fulfillment is not the same as shipping. Fulfillment refers to the period for processing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.
- All items are subject to the fulfillment process before they are shipped.
- The date and time of fulfillment are clearly defined by the timer shown on the product page.
- The fulfillment period varies depending on the product type.
- As of now, all Custom Land products have a fulfillment period of 1 day after the timer is over (allow until Monday if timer is over on a weekend).
- Any products with different fulfillment periods will be listed here - None as of now.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are shipped right after the fulfillment period is over.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped (email will say: Shipping confirmation for order [number here]).
WHAT ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS?
- Shipping happens quite fast as you can see, but due to the inconsistent carrier processing times, please allow up to 7 days after purchase for tracking info to be sent to you and an additional 72 hours for the tracking link to display tracking information.
- If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know and we’ll send it over (email [email protected]).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
- Allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from our partner manufacturers in other countries.
- The above-mentioned timelines may be a little longer for international delivery. Please allow 2 additional weeks to be on the safe side.
- In rare occasions these estimates might be a little longer due to shipping carrier* delays or customs retention*.
*Since those situations are out of our control they fall out of our shipping policy. You understand that our policies must be clear cause not every customer is as cool and chill out as you are, right? But be assured that we will always support you ALL THE WAY, no matter what. Just in case you’re wondering if we are some emotionless policy blinded corporation, cause we are not.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All items are shipped using USPS and DHL.
Expect to receive the Shipping Confirmation email after the fulfillment period is over.
Then expect to receive another shipping update with tracking information after max. 7 days of purchase.
If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know per our support desk.
Then expect to receive your item within the shipping policy timeframes given above.

We've decided to assume all of our manufacturing, stocking, human resources, insurance and many other costs involved in shipping and handling, to make it super simple for you.
*However, in rare occasions, special promotions and free giveaways might include some shipping fees so we can cover a little of the overhead that these free promotions incur. This helps us keep doing these giveaways that you love so much.
